FAQ
Questions
Do you decide where the boundary goes?
No. You do. We draft from your processed master file and your adopted boundary, and flag anything that doesn't agree.
Who is responsible for the plan?
You are. The files we return are drafting aids. The certifying surveyor checks them before use or lodgement, and certifies and lodges the plan as usual. You'll be asked to confirm this when you send a job.
What PDFs can you convert?
CAD-plotted plan PDFs work best, including multi-sheet plans. Scanned or hand-lettered plans may take longer. If we can't convert a plan, we'll tell you and you won't pay.
What if the LRS validator fails the plan?
If our conversion is wrong, we fix it free. If the validator flags something on the plan itself, such as a rounded SCIMS value, we tell you exactly what and where. One resubmission is included; after that it's $5 each.
How do I pay?
A card payment link comes with your files. If you send work regularly, ask for an account and we'll invoice monthly for payment by bank transfer.
What happens to my files?
Plans are treated as confidential until registered, used only for your job, and deleted 30 days after the job is complete. See the privacy policy.
Why is it so cheap?
It's introductory pricing while we start out. Most of the work is done by our own software, so it costs us little, and we'd rather you try it. Prices may change later; we'll always tell you before you send a job.
